The perception of yourself can be funny sometimes. I have a degree in Industrial design from Malmö University, Sweden. I have worked for a design firm for five years. I have worked with sales for eight years. But I still see myself as a self-thaugt business oriented industrial designer. I guess my never-ending curiosity is the reason for that. Always open to new inspiration and knowledge from colleagues, clients, friends, books, music, internet and all sorts of interesting people that I meet in my life.
There's nothing quite as stimulating as when a group of creative people with diverse backgrounds gather and each and one brings their own expertise - working together to craft purposeful and emotional user experiences for customers and clients.
My experience so far has allowed me to be involved with a lot of interesting product development projects as both designer and account manager. These projects have all been of varying scales, phases and teammates of different disciplines.
I’m really thankful that I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best people in this industry which has given me years of experience working with large and small companies. I have also been fortunate to get a unique perspective on the combination of the creative process / the business case.
In the end I always strive to change minds, touch hearts and move markets...and have fun while doing it!
